The Role

We need someone who can own web development end-to-end — from concept through to deployment. You’ll be building high-performance websites for our clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy responsive, high-performance websites and web applications from concept to launch
• Build and maintain client websites across platforms including custom-coded solutions, WordPress, Webflow, and ideally Framer
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues across client sites
• Implement performance optimizations including site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first best practices
• Communicate project timelines, technical requirements, and progress clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and development best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in web development with a portfolio of shipped projects/ websites
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.)
• Strong experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Big Bonus Points

• Experience with Framer — if you know your way around Framer for building and shipping production websites, you’ll jump straight to the top of the list
• Experience with Python, Node.js, or other back-end technologies
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Background in conversion rate optimization and UX best practices
