We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will be responsible for product growth, marketing strategy, and team development.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role;
• Hands-on experience with digital channels (PPC, SEO, SMM, Influencer Marketing, Email);
• Experience managing marketing budgets and owning ROI;
• Background in B2C digital products with measurable results;
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics, funnels, and user behavior;
• Experience leading teams of 10+ people and building team structures;
• Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset.

Your responsibilities:

• Own user acquisition and retention initiatives;
• Build and execute marketing strategies across B2B and B2C segments;
• Manage performance channels (PPC, SEO, SMM, Influencer Marketing, Email);
• Analyze the market, competitors, and EdTech trends;
• Optimize marketing funnels and improve spend efficiency;
• Develop and strengthen the Englishdom brand;
• Plan and manage marketing budgets;
• Lead the marketing team: structure, hiring, goal-setting, and development.
