That’s why we are looking for a Driver Recruiter to join our team, help attract the best drivers, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting or personnel selection
• Ability to effectively source candidates through various channels
• Strong communication skills
• Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong time-management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding drivers for the U.S. market according to the company’s requirements. This includes reviewing applications, conducting interviews, verifying qualifications, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will manage full driver file compliance by ensuring that all required documentation—such as background checks, motor vehicle records (MVRs), drug and alcohol screenings, medical certifications, and licenses—is complete and up to date. Throughout the recruitment process, you will maintain regular contact with candidates and collaborate with the operations team to meet ongoing staffing needs.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3 PM — 1 AM (Kyiv time)
