💼 Your Role:

As a Luxury Travel & Concierge Manager, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients — orchestrating everything from luxury getaways to daily lifestyle arrangements. You’ll ensure their every need is met with discretion, speed, and impeccable attention to detail.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Manage daily lifestyle and travel requests (leisure & business)
• Provide 24/7 client support, solving issues quickly and smoothly
• Collaborate with our operations team to fulfill requests efficiently
• Arrange bookings: hotels, flights, transfers, restaurants, events, etc.
• Oversee payment handling and reconciliations
• Maintain and update supplier databases using in-house systems
• Keep up to date with global travel trends and entry regulations

🧭 Who We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• 1+ year experience in travel, tourism, or concierge services
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian, and Upper-Intermediate English is a must
• Confident PC user (MS Office, CRMs, databases
• Excellent formal communication skills, judgment and discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle non-standard situations
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Previous client-facing or luxury service background
• Personal travel experience is a plus
