We seek a Client Relationship Manager to join the Business development department in Kyiv.

Key duties:

• Developing and implementing BD strategies;
• Managing and driving the development of existing client relationships in collaboration with the heads of practices;
• Driving firm cross-selling initiatives between the practices and industry groups;
• Managing a work on pitches and RfPs;
• Providing research and analysis to support the identification of new clients and the enhancement of existing client relationships;
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Requirements:

• 1+ years expertise in business development;
• Focus on strategic selling and client relationship management;
• Ability to execute multiple work streams;
• Strong analytical thinking and emotional intelligence;
• Fluent English;
• A law degree or work experience in a law firm is an advantage.
