We invite you to join our team as Brand Manager

Area of Responsibility:

To manage the Nemiroff DeLuxe Vodka brand within the premium portfolio, ensuring its strategic growth, consistent positioning, and premium equity across all relevant markets

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  • Implement and refine the brand strategy for Nemiroff DeLuxe in alignment with global premium positioning.
  • Ensure brand differentiation within the Nemiroff portfolio and versus competitors.
  • Uphold premium identity across packaging, messaging, content, and activation.

Marketing Planning & Execution:

  • Develop annual brand plans including ATL, BTL, digital, experiential, and trade marketing activations.
  • Collaborate with export markets and local distributors to ensure brand consistency and relevance.
  • Manage campaign development, agency briefing, production, and in-market activation support.

Consumer Communication & Engagement:

  • Drive storytelling, digital content, and social media presence for Nemiroff DeLuxe.
  • Oversee influencer and PR engagement aligned with premium brand tone.
  • Ensure all touchpoints deliver a high-end consumer experience.

Innovation & Product Development:

  • Support product development initiatives relevant to the premium segment.
  • Ensure pack upgrades, limited editions, and brand innovation are in line with brand DNA.

Brand Performance & Budget Management:

  • Track brand health, market share, and ROI of marketing investments.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt plans based on insights and performance data.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget for Nemiroff DeLuxe

Minimum Requirement

  • Higher education (marketing, management, economics, or related fields)
  • 4+ years of experience in brand or trade marketing in an FMCG company (preferably in the alcohol category or related).
  • Knowledge of brand management and brand architecture.
  • Basics of marketing communications: ATL, BTL, digital, PR, influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of the basics of trade marketing, distribution channels, and consumer behavior in the FMCG category.
  • Understanding of P&L, ROI, KPI of marketing investments.
  • English language proficiency, not lower than Advanced
