Training Instructor (Czech Republic)

We are currently looking for a person who is passionate about sharing knowledge, developing people, and shaping high-quality learning standards across our European operations. Someone who is proactive, structured, and ready to contribute to building a strong training culture within our international team.

You’re our perfect match if you:

• Are a native Ukrainian speaker
• Speak Czech at В2 level or higher (additional languages are a plus)
• Are a confident user of Microsoft Office
• Are ready for business trips across the Czech Republic and other European countries
• Have strong analytical thinking and can work with large volumes of information
• Possess strong business communication and correspondence skills
• Have experience in corporate training (will be an advantage)

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering training sessions for new employees according to established regulations and training programs
• Updating training materials in line with process and standard changes
• Preparing new training materials based on business needs
• Supporting trainees throughout the entire training and adaptation period
• Communicating training results and providing reporting
