Vendor Manager (Game Development)

Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. Over the past 9 years, we have successfully completed over a thousand different projects and have gained considerable experience in creating 2D and 3D art, as well as developing turnkey games. Since 2022, we have been a part of Virtuos, the world’s leading game developer, and have become the first Virtuos studio in Eastern Europe.

In particular, we have contributed to the development of popular games such as Diablo 2: Resurrected, Metro Exodus, Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, Smite, Paladins, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, and Marvel Snap. Therefore our team creates high-end gaming content and games for various Mobile, PC, Console, and VR projects.

Join our team of like-minded people passionate about a common goal and love for games as a Vendor Manager! You will connect internal production needs with the right external partners (freelancers and studios), ensuring smooth and high‑quality collaborations across global teams.

Responsibilities:

Request Management & Partner Matching

• Turn incoming production needs into clear, actionable briefs;
• Identify and secure the most suitable partners for quality and delivery needs;
• Coordinate interviews and the selection process for fast decision-making;
• Negotiate partner rates to ensure competitive pricing and long-term value;
• Oversee onboarding for smooth integration into production workflows;
• Monitor ongoing engagements and gather feedback to maintain high quality.

Partner Network Expansion & Qualification

• Proactively search for new freelancers and studios to strengthen the network;
• Review and validate partner credentials for accurate and efficient matching.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields;
• English level B2 and above;
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail;
• Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones;
• Able to reliably manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment;
• Passion for video games, familiarity with the industry will be a plus.
