Languages: 95% of the international team (Riga, Berlin, Novosibirsk, Miami) speaks Russian. Good English is needed in reading and writing.

1. THE DISRUPTION: Orchestrating Physical Reality

We are currently in a high-intensity recovery phase, rebuilding our «Heroic Engine.» We aren’t looking for a clerk to fill in tables; we are looking for a Manager of Systems who can take a product concept and lead its journey from a Chinese factory floor to a global shelf.

2. THE MISSION: The «Golden Sample» Cycle

You are the «Chief Operating Officer» of the physical product.

• Supply Chain Leadership: You manage factories in China, negotiate terms, vet materials (PU, Spandex, Nylon), and lead the sampling cycle.
• The Internal Partnership: You work in a tight loop with our Remote Manager of Operations (hiring simultaneously), who manages the digital architecture and Shopify infrastructure.
• The Lifestyle Shift: We are a gay-owned business transitioning from erotic outfits to an Urban Hedonist lifestyle brand. You will source the materials that define our «Fit. Play. Fun.» concept.
• Strategic Growth: You are preparing the supply chain for our second flagship store (USA) and the launch of our global franchise network.
