UAV Operator-Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Operator — Instructor to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, instruction, and maintenance of UAVs to support various missions and projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate UAVs in various environments, ensuring safe and effective mission execution
• Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks to ensure UAVs are in optimal working condition
• Maintain and troubleshoot UAV systems and associated equipment
• Collect, analyze, and report data gathered from UAV missions
• Provide instruction on UAV operation, navigation, safety procedures, and maintenance during demo sessions for clients
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members and clients to plan and execute missions

Requirements

• Technical background with an understanding of UAV systems, components, and maintenance
• Strong interest in aviation and advanced technologies
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English;
• Ability to work in various environments and adapt to changing conditions
• Technical degree in a relevant field is preferred

• Willingness to travel as required for missions and projects
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary
