Strategic Partnerships Manager

Position Description

eDnipro is a digital ecosystem of urban services for the residents of Dnipro, connecting the city, businesses, and partners to create modern and convenient services.

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager responsible for developing international and institutional partnerships, attracting resources, and expanding the ecosystem of partners around the project.

This position offers ownership of the partnership direction: systematic work with international organizations, funds, governments, and development programs, building long-term partnerships, and creating opportunities to scale the city’s digital services.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for new partners, donors, and international support programs (international organizations, government agencies, funds, development programs).

• Develop and systematically expand the network of strategic partners within the eDnipro ecosystem.

• Build long-term relationships with international partners and donors.

• Organize and conduct meetings and negotiations with potential partners.

• Analyze international programs, donor strategies, and opportunities for collaboration.

• Initiate and develop partnership initiatives, projects, and collaboration concepts.

• Coordinate work between the city team, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Represent the project at international events, forums, and strategic meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in international projects, partnerships, business development, or fundraising.

• Experience working with international organizations, donors, or government institutions.

• Ability to work at the level of strategic partnership development, not just individual projects.

• Proven experience in negotiations and building long-term partnerships.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Higher education in international relations, public administration, economics, political science, or related fields.

• Fluent in Ukrainian.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Ability to independently lead partnership initiatives from concept to implementation.

• High level of autonomy, responsibility, and ownership.

Preferred

• Established professional network among international organizations or donors.

• Experience with international development programs or donor projects.

• Experience preparing partnership concepts, project proposals, or grant applications.

• Experience collaborating with international financial institutions or urban development programs.
