IT manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager located in EU to lead day-to-day IT operations and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the company.

In this role, you will be responsible for operational execution of the IT strategy, managing infrastructure, systems, vendors, and the IT support team. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions while maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and service quality.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, people management, and operational responsibility. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations (infrastructure, applications, user support)
• Ensure availability, security, and reliability of IT systems
• Monitor incidents, KPIs, risks, and drive service improvements
• Lead and develop the IT team; ensure effective user training
• Act as the main IT contact for internal stakeholders
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and SLA performance
• Support IT procurement, system upgrades, and implementations
• Manage the IT operational budget and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, audits, and regulations
• Maintain documentation, backups, and disaster recovery readiness

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or lead role
• Strong hands-on background in IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
• Experience managing IT operations, vendors, and user support
• Exposure to regulated or standardised environments (ISO, GxP, IT governance)
• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems is an advantage
• Solid understanding of IT service management principles
• Strong communication and management skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and delivery-focused
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written)
• Location prefered EU
