SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international product Tech companies using the principles of venture capital. Together with our co-founders, we build strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets.
Brighterly is a young company with a true startup spirit, building an EdTech platform for learning mathematics and ELA for children in the US market.
Our well-coordinated and experienced team has already built a successful business in the EdTech industry. Now, we are confidently expanding in the kids' segment, teaching children and teenagers aged 6−18 addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, as well as Math & English Language Arts topics.
All of this is delivered in an engaging format through top-tier personalized resources and professional tutors.
Our goal for the upcoming year is to scale and become a leading player in the EdTech market.
To achieve this, we need to sell — and sell a lot. That’s why we’re opening the position of Sales Representative.
We are currently looking for Sales Agents of all levels with Advanced (C1) English, ready to work with the US B2C market and handle inbound leads only.
Work Schedule:
We operate on a 3/3 shift system with a flexible rotation (morning, evening, and night shifts).
- 6 p.m. — 2 a.m. EEST
- 7 a.m. — 3 p.m. EEST
- 8 p.m. — 4 a.m. EEST
- 11 p.m. — 6 a.m. EEST

What we’re looking for:
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
- High level of empathy
- Energy, persistence, and strong result orientation
- Experience working with clients (online or offline)
- Advanced level of English
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Team player mindset
- Multitasking
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques
- Experience working with CRM systems
