Job Opening: Operations Manager — Retail Cosmetics Chain

About the Company ISEI is a dynamic and rapidly growing chain of cosmetics stores in Cyprus. We offer our customers a wide range of high-quality products and strive for impeccable service.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee daily store operations, support sales growth, and develop retail teams across our stores.

Store locations: Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Retail Operations

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the stores
• Maintain company standards in service, merchandising and store processes
• Coordinate operational processes between stores and head office

🔹 Sales Performance

• Support store managers in achieving sales targets and KPI
• Analyze store performance and implement actions to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor store budgets and operational efficiency

🔹 Team Development

• Participate in hiring and onboarding of store employees
• Train and mentor store teams to improve sales skills and customer experience
• Support performance evaluation and development of employees

🔹 Inventory & Merchandising

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Support inventory control and participate in stock audits
• Work with product teams to optimize product assortment

🔹 Marketing Support

• Implement local marketing campaigns and promotions
• Work with marketing team to increase store traffic and sales

🔹 Reporting & Analytics

• Track operational and sales KPIs
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations

Requirements

✔ Experience in retail operations management

✔ Experience managing store teams and improving sales performance

✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills

✔ Ability to manage several store locations

✔ Experience with inventory control and retail processes

✔ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between cities

✔ English (B2+)
