Head of International Contracts Division

We are looking for a talented and proactiveHead of International Contracts Division to join our team.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT, FinTech, GameDev, corporate or international contract law.
• Strong experience working with English and EU law frameworks.
• Ability to support sales teams and work with enterprise-level contracts.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Experience with M&A transactions will be considered a strong advantage.
• Advanced legal writing and editing skills in English and Ukrainian.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of lawyers within the International Contracts Division.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units.
• Advise on commercial and international contracts and participate in negotiations.
• Structure and support M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing SPA, SHA, LOI and related documentation.
• Participate in various international legal projects and provide strategic legal support.
