Ukrteknika is a manufacturer of industrial packaging tools with more than 35 years of experience supplying customers worldwide. Our products are distributed through a network of 100+ loyal distributors in the United States, supported by our U.S.-based office.
As part of our international growth strategy, we are expanding our distribution network in Europe and are looking for a motivated sales professional to help develop new partnerships across the region.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven International Sales Manager based in Kharkiv, Ukraine, who will focus on identifying and developing relationships with packaging distributors throughout Europe.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn modern sales techniques, use digital and AI-powered tools, and build a long-term career in international B2B sales.
We are open to hiring candidates with limited sales experience but strong motivation to learn and grow. Ukrteknika is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in international sales, adopt modern tools and technologies, and grow together with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential distributors across Europe
- Present Ukrteknika products and distribution opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributor partners
- Manage and track sales leads and opportunities
- Represent the company at international trade shows
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and verbal communication)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High motivation to learn and continuously improve
- Interest in using modern sales tools, CRM systems, and AI-based tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international or export sales is a plus
- Experience with industrial tools, packaging equipment, or B2B distribution is helpful but not required
- Additional European language skills are an advantage
