Junior Python Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactivePython Developer with commercial experience to join our dynamic team.

You need to have:

• 1+ years of experience in Python development;
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework;
• Solid understanding of software development core concepts: data structures, algorithms, OOP, and Asynchronous programming (Asyncio);
• Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases;
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments and version control (Git);
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders).

Would Be a Plus:

• Practical experience with ML, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and RAG;
• Deep passion for the AI ecosystem;
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

In this project, you will:

• Contribute to technical solutions and write clean, maintainable, and high-quality Python code for our modular backend;
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting a multi-agent virtual assistant system;
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation;
• Join conference calls and meetings with stakeholders when required;
• Participate in estimation, grooming, and planning sessions.
