Business Analyst (Product, Delivery focus)

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Business Analyst (with a Product Owner & PM mindset) to bridge the gap between complex business needs and high-quality technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Be the Bridge: Act as the primary link between the client’s vision and our development team’s execution.

• Lead Discovery: Dive deep into the client’s business, conduct discovery sessions, and identify the «pains» that our software can solve.

• Design the Logic: Transform high-level business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks (User Stories, Process Mapping, and functional requirements).

• Collaborate with Tech Leads: Partner with our Tech Lead to validate ideas, discuss technical constraints, and break down complex features into manageable sprints.

• Own the Backlog: Prioritize tasks, plan sprints, and ensure the development team always has a clear roadmap.

• Ensure Quality: Validate that the final product truly meets the client’s business needs and maintains the integrity of the system’s logic.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ of professional experience as a BA or Product Owner in outsourcing/outstaffing or consulting.

• Expertise: Practical experience in designing complex business logic and automating business processes.

• The Toolbox: Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and a strong command of BPMN/UML for process mapping.

• Agile Mindset: Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Technical Intuition: Ability to understand technical constraints and explain them to a client.

• Communication: Strong English skills (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher) for direct collaboration with international stakeholders.

• Soft Skills: A structural thinker, proactive problem-solver, and a skilled facilitator who can navigate ambiguous requirements.
