Your Mission: Close → Retain → Grow

RESPONSIBILITY

Client Leadership & Closing

  • Co-lead all client meetings with the CEO — from first contact to signed contract
  • Present projects, portfolio, and value proposition in fluent English
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations with premium clients
  • Close high-ticket deals

Revenue Ownership & Strategy

  • Own pricing, margins, and commercial decisions
  • Improve proposals and increase conversion rates
  • Manage and report pipeline performance directly to the CEO

Team Leadership

  • Lead 2 Client Managers
  • Set standards for client communication and performance
  • Ensure high-quality execution across all client touchpoints

Client Retention & Growth

  • Build long-term relationships with VIP clients
  • Ensure smooth onboarding into project delivery
  • Drive repeat business and referrals

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years in sales, VIP account management, or Business Development
  • Experience working with international clients: EU / USA / UAE
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Languages: Ukrainian and Fluent English C1
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Advantage: background in architecture, interior design, luxury, real estate, or premium services

  • Calm and confident in high-pressure situations
  • Naturally charismatic — you build trust fast
  • Structured and strategic in your thinking
