    Опис вакансії

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Logistics Management: Oversee the end-to-end logistics for private label brands, including importing goods from China to the USA, US sourcing, coordinating with 3PL providers, Amazon FBA, and AWD.
    • Inventory Oversight: Conduct routine inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
    • Data Management & Analysis: Utilize Google Drive and advanced Google Sheets functionalities (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) to streamline operations, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
    • Order Cycle Coordination: Manage the entire order cycle, including processing, logistics, and on-time delivery to ensure operational excellence.
    • Vendor & Supplier Management:
      • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
      • Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely and reliable service.
      • Handle communications and troubleshoot issues with external suppliers and service providers.
    • Demand Planning: Develop and refine forecast models based on historical data, business trends, and demand patterns, ensuring optimal product availability.
    • Operational Efficiency:
      • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
      • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows.
    • Problem Resolution: Promptly address and resolve issues related to transportation, import/export logistics, system inefficiencies, or customer concerns.
    • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor supply chain performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure alignment on inventory needs, product launches, and replenishment cycles.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and pivot table creation.
    • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
    • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Familiarity with Amazon’s FBA and AWD systems is a strong advantage.
    • Experience managing imports, customs, and compliance for international shipping is a plus.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
