Logistics coordinator

Sargent Logistics, Inc. is an American transportation and logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest and East Coast.

We are looking for an Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the Kyiv office.

Requirements

• previous experience in US-based transportation company for at least a year;
• excellent verbal and written English skills;
• proficient Computer skills;
• extreme focus on organization and time management;
• organized, reliable, and with attention to details.

Essential Functions

• assisting with planning driver’s routes;
• dispatching the drivers for pick-ups and delivery;
• following up and communicating with the drivers;
• work with relevant documentation;
• communication with colleagues and assisting them with various inquiries.

Work conditions:

• Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn’t considered;
• Shift Schedule: 5 working days/3 days off.

1. Morning shift (7 AM — 2 PM);
2. Afternoon shift (2 PM — 10 PM);
3. Night shift (10 PM — 7 AM). (Please note that the schedule includes all shifts).
