Driver Recruiter (US Trucking Company)

📌 Position Overview

Frontline Express Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Driver Recruiter to source, qualify, and onboard CDL drivers for our growing fleet.

This role focuses on generating high-quality driver leads, conducting initial screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Source and generate qualified CDL driver leads

• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews

• Verify driver qualifications (CDL, experience, location, work eligibility)

• Communicate with drivers and guide them through the onboarding process

• Maintain accurate records of candidates and pipeline

• Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates

• Work closely with Dispatch and Safety teams

• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets (KPIs)

✅ Requirements

• Experience in driver recruiting or trucking industry preferred

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Experience with CRM systems or spreadsheets

🌐 Language Requirement

• Fluent English (required)

• Fluent Russian (required)

  👉 Must be able to communicate with drivers in Russian and internally in English

💰 Compensation

• $1,500 — $2,000 per month (based on experience)

• Performance-based KPI bonuses

  • Paid per qualified hire

  • Additional bonuses for meeting monthly targets
