Personal assistant

Looking for a Personal Assistant who MUST HAVE:

#1-A travel or work visa to be able to come to the US. Do NOT apply if you do not already have this.

#2 — Good English skills.

Skills and duties to be a good fit:

• Be a critical thinker & be able to independently solve problems
• Be a team player
• Have a good attitude and don’t make excuses
• Preferred to have a driver’s license, but not required
• Be able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive or proprietary information
• Nutrition planning & meal prep including shopping or ordering
• House & Office cleaning
• Plan / coordinate meetings, events and travel
• Caretaking of properties and company equipment including semi trucks & boats
• Willing to do projects as they arise
• Keep the office and living quarters tidy
• Administrative Assistants
• Treat company property with care as if it were their own
• Really just be a swiss army knife
• Willing and available to travel with last minute notice
• Be willing to come to California right after being hired for several months of training (4−6 months)

The company provides for travel and lodging accommodations.
