Radio Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Radio Support Engineer who can bridge operations, engineering, and customers to ensure smooth, high-quality product performance in real environments.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with UAV/UAS systems, is comfortable troubleshooting complex field issues, and brings a rigorous approach to debugging and validation in safety-critical environments. They excel at coordinating across teams in the US and UA, translating field insights into actionable engineering feedback, and supporting our product vertical with professionalism and technical depth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support operations for a specific product vertical
• Coordinate with engineering and customers to streamline communication and bug reports
• Troubleshoot issues on the field and proactively work on a solution
• Analyze flight data and logs
• Handle product-related communication between offices in the US and UA

Requirements

• BS in CS/EE/AA or equivalent practical experience
• Strong hands-on experience
• Experience in the UAV/UAS systems
• Knowledge in RFDF systems
• Strong debugging and validation skills in environments where system failure has consequences beyond downtime
• Upper-Intermediate English Level

Nice to Have

• Experience with radio direction finding systems
• Exposure to spectrum analysis
• Familiarity with C++
• Data analytics skills
