Logistics Execution Specialist (Rail)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Execution Specialist to support export operations in Ukraine. This role focuses on the coordination of rail logistics, ensuring that contracts are executed timely and all documentation is handled professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rail Logistics: Plan export train schedules and coordinate deliveries at rail terminals.
• Documentation: Manage contract execution, including shipping instructions, nominations of surveyors, and handling transport documents.
• Financial Support: Issue invoices for sales, freight, and services; monitor and process payments.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for buyers, traders, terminals, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• University degree (Logistics, Economics, or related fields).
• 1+ year of experience in logistics or contract execution.
• English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
• High level of accuracy and responsibility.
