Account Media Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Media Manager to join our advertising agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies for assigned clients, ensuring the successful delivery of advertising campaigns across various channels (primarily digital).

You will collaborate closely with our creative and media teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, while also managing budgets and timelines to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage media plans aligned with clients' business objectives and target audiences
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all media channels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients
• Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring transparency and addressing any issues
• Identify new media opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends

Requirements:

• Higher education degree
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in media planning and buying within an advertising agency or a related field
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maximize ROI
• Solid analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience managing budgets and timelines effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Work Format:

• Hybrid, based in Kyiv
• Attendance at key events and in-person meetings in Kyiv is required
