Product, Project Manager (Business Analyst mindset)

About the Role

We are an early-stage startup working on two products:

• Real Estate Service — helping international buyers purchase real estate in Ukraine.
• Medical Tourism & Telemedicine Platform — service connecting patients with clinics and doctors in Israel, including online consultations.

Both projects are in the early stage, and we are looking for a Startup Product Manager who can help structure business processes, gather requirements, and organize product development.

What You Will Do

• Structure unclear business processes and turn them into clear workflows
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and collect product requirements
• Design customer journeys and service flows
• Create process diagrams (BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes)
• Define MVP scope and feature priorities
• Select and implement CRM and operational tools
• Work closely with developers and external vendors
• Prepare structured documentation (BRD, backlog, roadmap)
• Help establish clear responsibilities and operational processes

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Product Manager / Project Manager / Business Analyst
• Experience working with early-stage products or startups
• Strong business analysis and process modeling skills
• Ability to work with unclear or incomplete requirements
• Experience documenting product requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare, telemedicine, or marketplaces
• Experience selecting or implementing CRM systems
• Experience working with APIs or system integrations
