Outbound Sales Representative

We’re hiring an Outbound Sales Specialist to call existing buyers of our e-commerce brand and offer complementary products with a special discount. This role is focused on upsells/cross-sells, increasing average order value, and converting calls into additional purchases while maintaining a positive customer experience.

What you will do:

• Make outbound calls to customers who already purchased from our store
• Present relevant add-on products (bundles/upgrades) with an approved discount
• Use scripts and offer guidelines while keeping conversations natural
• Handle objections and close upsell orders on the call
• Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and sales in our tracker/CRM
• Hit weekly performance targets (calls, conversion rate, upsell revenue, AOV lift)

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English and confident phone communication
• Comfortable with outbound calling, targets, and high activity volume
• Experience in telesales/call center / inside sales is a plus (not required if you can demonstrate results)
• Reliable, organized, and consistent with reporting

Nice to have:

• Experience selling to US customers
• Familiarity with e-commerce offers (bundles, add-ons, discounts)

Compensation:

• Base pay + Commission/bonus
