3D Motion Designer (UE, Cinema, Maya)

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Video Production: Develop video concepts, create storyboards, and execute from block-out to final render.
• World Building & Scene Composition: Assemble complex 3D environments, set up cinematic lighting, and manage camera work.
• Advanced Animation: Animate objects, characters, and environments to tell a compelling story.
• Visual Storytelling: Use motion and framing to effectively communicate ideas and messages through video content.
• Post-Production: Final assembly, color grading, and compositing in After Effects or similar software.

Requirements:

• Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine (Sequencer, Lighting), and either Cinema 4D or Maya.
• Storytelling & Creativity: Ability to independently develop a plot and translate it into a high-quality visual sequence.
• Teamwork & Delivery: Clear communication within the team, fast iteration based on feedback, and strict adherence to deadlines.
• Focus on Impact: Deep understanding of pacing, timing, and how to deliver a message that sticks.
• Result-Oriented: Ability to take a task and deliver a finished product without constant hand-holding.
