Operations Manager (Irvine, California, USA)

Hi there! 👋 We are Zviger LLC, a U.S. company with a Ukrainian heart 💙. Since 2017, we’ve been helping clients select and deliver cars from the U.S. to Ukraine, making the process simple, reliable, and secure.

We are now opening an office in California and are looking for an Operations Manager who will become our local representative. This is a unique opportunity to be the «face of the company» on-site and contribute to the development of key operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the operations of the U.S. office as the sole on-site company representative
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and documentation
• Maintain key company documentation: contracts, licenses, bank accounts, insurance
• Communicate with local partners: dealers, showrooms, and transportation companies
• Manage auction-related processes (approx. 25% of time): participate in bidding, work with accounts and documentation, support clients and colleagues
• Work with local service providers and vendors, including insurance companies
• Support clients and partners within the state of California

Additional Opportunities:

• Contribute to building and optimizing processes for the U.S. office
• Propose and implement local ideas to improve operational efficiency
• Learn and grow within the U.S. auction and automotive industry

Requirements:

• Basic experience with auctions is a plus, or strong motivation to learn quickly
• English proficiency sufficient for effective communication with clients and partners
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, organization, and proactiveness
• Willingness to work independently in an office in the U.S.
