Accountant

24PLAY is a product company from Ukraine that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019.We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee full-cycle accounting and tax accounting for an IT company (all areas)
• Ensure proper preparation, availability, and control of accounting documentation
• Monitor timely and complete payment of taxes and other mandatory budget contributions
• Prepare and submit tax, financial, and statistical reports
• Manage accounting for foreign economic activities and support currency transactions
• Process payroll, vacation pay, sick leave, and remuneration for gig specialists

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a service and/or product IT company
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian accounting standards Ukrainian Accounting Standards and tax legislation
• Basic knowledge of Diia City regime and Transfer Pricing (TP)
• Understanding of cost formation in IT activities (product development, outsourcing)
• Experience in accounting for foreign currency transactions, intangible assets, and software licenses
• Hands-on experience with VAT in IT companies
• Knowledge of accounting specifics for high-income enterprises
• Proficiency in accounting and reporting software (BAS, MEDOC, Vchasno)
• Strong understanding of IT business models and ability to assess tax risks

• Professional certifications
• Practical experience working within the Diia City legal framework
• Experience with audits and tax inspections
