Опис вакансії

We’re looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer who designs using AI tools (not just reads about them), and brings taste, brains, and ideas that improve how things work, not just how they look; and if you’re still not using AI at all — we’re probably not a match.

Responsibilities:

  • Design UI/UX for web and mobile applications
  • Look at what’s broken in usability and suggest smarter ways to fix it
  • Work on products with multiple screens and real complexity (not just landing pages)
  • Build wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that actually make sense
  • Collaborate with the team and client to make the product better, not just «do your part»

Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Design
  • Strong Figma skills (auto layout, variables, plugins)
  • You already use AI in your design process (UX Pilot, Lovable, V0, Galileo, Diagram, shadcn — or similar)
  • You know your way around wireframes, prototypes, user flows, CJM, and IA
  • Experience with both web and mobile
  • You understand how users think and what makes interfaces work
  • You care about details and can communicate your ideas clearly
  • English — strong enough to actually work and communicate
