We are a UK-based e-commerce business managing multiple private-label brands across Amazon and other major marketplaces. We are growing and bringing our advertising fully in-house.

We need someone who knows Amazon inside out — not just the ads, but the full account: listings, BSR, Buy Box, inventory, and how all of it connects to paid performance.

If you are passionate about e-commerce marketplaces, you love data and PPC — this is a full-time, remote, long-term role. You will own advertising execution — not only on Amazon but across other marketplaces — and support account management day-to-day, reporting directly to our Catalog Manager.

What you will be doing

  • Managing Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns end-to-end
  • Expanding paid advertising to other platforms where we operate, with Amazon remaining the primary focus
  • Conducting keyword research, bid management, and search term harvesting on a continuous basis
  • Monitoring and reporting on TACoS, ACoS, CTR, CVR, and Profit after PPC weekly with clear actions attached
  • Tracking BSR, Buy Box health, and inventory levels and flagging how they impact ad performance
  • Running bulk operations efficiently to manage campaigns at scale
  • Identifying wasted spend, cannibalisation, budget caps, and stockout risks before they become problems

Requirements

  • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, remote
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon account management experience — you must understand the full account, not just campaigns
  • Strong, proven Amazon PPC skills — this is non-negotiable
  • Experience with PPC on other platforms such as eBay, Google Ads, or Mirakl is a strong plus and will be prioritised
  • Solid grasp of key metrics: TACoS, ACoS, Profit after PPC, CVR, CTR, BSR
  • Must-have tools — clearly state in your reply which of these you have used: Helium 10, Data dive, Linnworks, Notion, Asana, Slack also what is your experience with AI tools
  • Basic English level
  • Proactive — we want someone who flags problems and brings solutions, not someone who waits for a brief or an Asana task to land in their queue
  • Proof of results required — show us accounts or campaigns you managed and what the numbers looked like before and after your work
