Billing Manager, Accountant

Requirements:

Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; 2 to 5 years of experience in billing, bookkeeping, or financial administration;
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, reconciliation, reporting);
Experience with accounting and billing software (for example QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems);
Experience with time tracking and invoicing systems is an advantage;
Understanding of basic tax rules and document requirements in Ukraine;
Ability to work with electronic document systems (for example Vchasno or similar tools)

Work conditions: In office, Monday — Friday, 09.00−17.00

Responsibilities:

Ability to follow up internally to ensure time entries and billing data are complete;
Preparation of invoices to clients;
Accounting work related to clients' activities in Ukraine
