    Role Overview:

    VoltiE is looking for a skilled and proactive Online Reputation & Community Manager to own our brand presence across digital channels. This is not a standard «post three times a week» SMM role. You will be the voice of VoltiE in the places where our customers, critics, and prospects actually talk — forums, review platforms, Reddit, app stores, and professional networks.

    You will monitor what people say about us, engage with communities honestly and professionally, help shift the narrative where it needs to shift, and build a strong, credible LinkedIn brand presence that reflects who VoltiE is today.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in community management, online reputation management, PR, or a combined SMM/PR role
    • Exceptional written English — this is the most important requirement. You will be writing publicly on behalf of a US company. Your writing must be indistinguishable from a native speaker
    • Proven experience engaging in online communities, forums, or review platforms (Reddit, Google Reviews, App Store responses, Trustpilot, or similar)
    • Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and creating B2B content — case studies, thought leadership posts, press releases
    • Strong understanding of brand reputation dynamics — you know the difference between a PR crisis and a product complaint, and you know how to handle both
    • Ability to monitor and track brand mentions across multiple platforms using tools like Google Alerts, Mention, Brand24, or similar
    • Self-directed and proactive — you surface issues before being asked and propose solutions, not just reports
    • Comfortable working with a US-based team remotely across time zones (New York Time)

    Nice to have: experience in EV, energy, SaaS, or hardware/tech industries; experience with App Store review management; copywriting or press release writing background

    Work conditions:

    • Full-time or near full-time, remote
    • Flexible hours with availability during US Eastern Time for urgent issues
    • Contractor engagement
    • Compensation: $800-$1,200/month depending on experience and writing quality
    • 3-month trial period

    Responsibilities:

    1. Online Reputation & Community Engagement:
    • Monitor all relevant online spaces where VoltiE, JuiceBox, and related products are discussed — Reddit, EV forums, Google Reviews, App Store / Google Play, Trustpilot, Facebook groups, and others
    • Engage transparently and professionally as a company representative — responding to complaints, correcting misinformation, and sharing VoltiE’s story in a way that is honest, helpful, and human
    • Develop and maintain a library of approved response templates for common scenarios — negative reviews, migration complaints, technical frustration, warranty questions
    • Proactively reach out to satisfied customers to encourage genuine reviews on key platforms
    • Track reputation metrics over time and report on sentiment trends weekly

    2. LinkedIn & Content:

    • Own and grow VoltiE’s LinkedIn company page — content calendar, posting cadence, engagement
    • Write and publish case studies, project spotlights, and client success stories
    • Draft and distribute press releases for major company milestones
    • Develop thought leadership content that positions VoltiE as a serious, credible player in the US EV charging market

    3. Reporting:

    • Provide weekly sentiment and engagement reports
    • Flag urgent reputation issues immediately
    • Recommend proactive campaigns based on trends you observe
