Content Creator (Fundraising Materials)

Green Cross Switzerland, together with its local partner organization Green Crystal Ukraine,

To support content creation, we are looking for a committed individual who will be

responsible within the partner organization Green Crystal Ukraine for delivering fundraising

materials to Green Cross Switzerland.

We offer an interesting, diverse, and meaningful role with fair compensation in an

international project environment. Remote work is also possible.

Workload: 60−100%

Work location: Home office with regular project visits in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions

Responsibilities

• Coordination and collaboration with the communications team of Green Cross Switzerland
• Collaboration with project managers to collect stories, images, and project information for fundraising purposes
• Ensuring compliance with current best practice standards for fundraising materials
• Storytelling & copywriting: Developing emotional storytelling materials based on concrete project examples to make the impact of our work tangible
• Preparing impact stories for fundraising in collaboration with Green Crystal staff from project implementation and reporting, as well as with local partners (schools, hospitals, authorities)
• Collecting and producing photo and video materials from projects
• Pre-selecting the best images for the Green Cross Switzerland media library
• Coordinating with photographers, local partners, and Green Crystal project staff
• If required: independently producing photo and video content from project activities

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English skills; German is an advantage
• Experience in video and image editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Canva, or similar)
• Willingness to travel; a driver’s license is a strong advantage
• Strong sense for (visual) storytelling and current trends in fundraising and the non- profit sector
• Strong writing skills in storytelling and the ability to convey emotional stories effectively
• Education or degree in communication, marketing, content creation, or a related field; work experience is a strong advantage
