Опис вакансії

24PLAY is a product company from Ukraine that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019.

We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Our games include Zombiepunk, Blitzkrieg Assault, Street Dude, and more.

As a Diia City resident, we offer employee reservation starting from the first day of employment.

We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to share our core company values:

Employee records management :

  • Manage employee document onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare HR documentation (orders, employment contracts, amendments)
  • Maintain employee personnel files and records (including P-2 forms)
  • Submit required notifications to tax authorities (DPS) and reports to the Pension Fund (PFU)

Gig Contracts (Diia.City):

  • Prepare and administer gig contracts in compliance with Diia.City regulations
  • Draft and manage NDA and IP agreements
  • Monitor and process service acceptance certificates (acts of completed work)

Military Records Management:

  • Maintain military records in accordance with Ukrainian legislation
  • Verify military registration documents of employees
  • Create and manage military record cards
  • Communicate with Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCR)
  • Calculate quotas and manage employee reservation (booking) processes

Document Management:

  • Maintain internal registries (orders, contracts, leaves, etc.)
  • Organize and manage both physical and electronic archives
  • Monitor document validity and deadlines

🔹 Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in HR administration or document management
  • Good knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation
  • Understanding of Diia.City framework
  • Proven experience in military records management (mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail and structured approach
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with HRM / ERP systems is a plus

🔹 Nice to Have

  • Experience in an IT company
  • Experience in process automation
  • Knowledge of electronic document management tools (e.g., digital signatures, Vchasno, Paperless, etc.)
