    Amazon Private Label Brand and PPC Marketing Manager — Strong English Communication Required

    Overview

    We are hiring a senior Amazon operator to take full ownership of multiple private-label brands and drive growth across the big Amazon portfolio.

    This role is focused on execution, performance, and scaling results through PPC, listing optimization, and a strong marketplace strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own Amazon performance across multiple brands and SKUs
    • Build, manage, and scale PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD)
    • Develop keyword strategy to improve ranking, visibility, and conversion
    • Optimize listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ (EBC)
    • Identify gaps in listings and define required improvements (content, images, positioning)
    • Direct creative execution: define requirements for images, infographics, and content
    • Analyze competitors and adjust strategy to win on key search terms
    • Manage and optimize Amazon storefronts
    • Plan and recommend monthly marketing budgets and allocation per product
    • Track performance and continuously improve ROI, conversion rate, and rankings
    • Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to align brand positioning

    Requirements

    • 5+ years managing Amazon private label brands
    • Strong PPC experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
    • Proven track record of growing Amazon revenue and improving performance metrics
    • Deep understanding of keyword strategy and Amazon SEO
    • Experience building and optimizing A+ content and listings
    • Ability to analyze competitors and define winning positioning
    • Hands-on operator with a strong execution mindset
    • Self-directed and proactive; able to take full ownership
    • Strong communication skills (clear spoken and written English)
