    As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are in search of Lead Generation Specialist. The mission is to drive EverHelp’s growth by generating high-quality, ICP-matched leads and building a prospect database for the SDR team.

    The working schedule is 10:00—19:00 Kyiv time.

    Your future responsibilities include:

    • Identifying and researching potential clients using various tools and platforms (Apollo, Sales Navigator). Important — this role is focused solely on lead research and list building (no outreach or direct communication with prospects).
    • Researching the market and helping define/refine target customer profiles (ICP).
    • Creating, updating, and maintaining a database of potential customers.
    • Passing high-quality leads/contacts to the SDR team in an agreed format.
    • Achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

    Needed experience & skills:

    • 6+ month of experience in B2B lead generation/list building/outbound support.
    • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools.
    • Market/ICP research mindset (finding the right segments, roles, and targets).
    • English level — B2.
    • Strong attention to detail (clean data, correct titles/companies, no duplicates).
    • Self-discipline and strong organization skills (ability to work consistently with volume).
    • Patience and focus on repetitive tasks without losing quality.
