Payments Monitoring Specialist

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

• Background in payments, FinTech, or operations monitoring — iGaming experience is a strong plus
• Understanding of payment flows: pay-in / pay-out, approval rates, routing, settlement
• Comfortable with monitoring tools and dashboards (Grafana, Kibana, or similar)

What you’ll do

• Monitor payment traffic 24/7 — catch anomalies, respond to alerts, and act before issues escalate
• Maintain dashboards that give the team a clear, real-time picture of payment performance
• Support payment methods on the website — ensure they’re running correctly and handle issues as they arise
• Investigate and resolve incidents in coordination with payment providers and internal teams
• Handle traffic incidents according to escalation policy and SLA requirements
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as business needs evolve — you won’t be stuck in a rigid routine
