Опис вакансії

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented FB Ads Media Buyer with proven experience in the supplements industry to manage and scale our paid ad campaigns across Meta’s ecosystem.

The ideal candidate understands direct-response marketing, audience targeting, compliance challenges in the supplements niche, and knows how to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI/ROAS.

Half of our team is Ukranian💛💙 but English is still required for daily communication with rest of the team involved in marketing and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit our current Facebook Ads account and provide detailed feedback on areas for improvement.
  • Implement audit recommendations and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
  • Set up, test, and manage Facebook ad campaigns that drive conversions and revenue.
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with our team to create, test, and iterate on creatives and ad strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, ad policies, and best practices for Facebook advertising, particularly within the supplements industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a FB Media Buyer, with a track record of scaling campaigns in the supplement niche.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Deep knowledge of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting funnels, and ad optimization.
  • Ability to navigate Facebook’s compliance policies specific to supplements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in Ads Manager, tracking tools, and reporting.
  • Ability to work with us on a long-term basis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear, detailed reports.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM — 5 PM (UA local time) + Sat/Sunday performances check-in and budget optimisations (max 2−3 hrs in total)
