Product Designer (UX/UI, AI-first, builds with automation)

Who we are and why we’re hiring

At EGO Digital, we build modern digital products and believe that the traditional pipeline of «designers creating static mockups for months and developers implementing them for months more» is outdated.

We are moving towards Agentic Workflows.

We are not looking for just a product designer or just a frontend developer. We are looking for a Design Engineer — a visionary and system thinker who acts as an art director for AI agents, turning concepts into production-ready code at high speed.

🛠 Your toolkit (our ideal stack)

You won’t be writing every <div> manually. Your role is to orchestrate the system:

• Figma As the source of truth for design systems, tokens, and wireframes
• v0 (Vercel) For instant generation of responsive React and Tailwind layouts from visual inputs
• Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet / Artifacts) Your main «brain» for logic prototyping, state management, and complex frontend functionality
• Cursor IDE Your primary environment where you assemble components into a working product using AI
• n8n or Make For automating workflows, such as syncing design tokens from Figma to GitHub
• Flowise or Langflow For building custom AI assistants, such as code reviewers or design guideline validators

What you will do

• End-to-end design and build From quick concepts in Figma to production-ready frontend code (React, Vue, Tailwind)
• AI agent orchestration and prompt engineering Define tasks for Claude and v0, review generated code, refine styles and interactions through prompts
• Workflow design and automation Build pipelines using tools like n8n or Model Context Protocol so that design updates flow directly into code
• Rapid prototyping Create interactive prototypes in Claude Artifacts to validate ideas with the product team

Who we’re looking for

• Background Strong UX UI design experience, but you feel limited by static design tools
• Frontend understanding You don’t need to architect complex systems from scratch, but you confidently read and understand code You understand React or Next.js, HTML, CSS or Tailwind, states, props, and layout systems
• AI native mindset You already use tools like Cursor, v0, or Claude in your daily workflow and know how to provide proper context to models
• System thinking You think in reusable components and design tokens, not just screens
• English B2+ level for reading documentation and writing advanced prompts
