Senior Specialist Product Supply (adidas)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The purpose is to execute the purchasing activities for EM Central (Hyper Care for Ukraine Market). To ensure the right buy is made for the season and avoid disruption of the ordering process. To ensure best practices are followed for the buy process. To align the cut-off dates within the region and to serve as a steady link between market and Global process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support Senior Manager Product Supply for successful execution of Buy Plan for Ukraine and serve as back up user for Kazakhstan and other East European markets. (Consolidation).
• Responsible for accurate and on time availability of Purchase Order across the markets.
• Represent as SPOC for Forecasting by Co-ordinating with Channels, Demand Planning and Global FC team.
• Preparation of seasonal timelines (calendars) and co-ordination with other teams. (IT, DP, CTC, Sales, CS) for Ukraine Prod Supply activities primally and supporting other EMC markets.
• Ensuring Purchase order Tracking across all plants to support in brining transparency to stakeholders.
• Responsible for providing relevant information regarding purchase order placement, cut-offs etc. to Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Subsidiaries.
• Responsible for improvisation of current Product Supply reports and development of new reports.
• Analyzing and building reports to avoid brining excess inventory.
• Responsible for up-to-date updates on Purchasing Policies
• Support the Senior Manager Product Supply in driving new initiatives.
• Responsible for generating reports on timely basis to the stakeholders along with Purchase order updates.
• Coordinates with Global counterpart for different PO updates such as article’s quantity, size changes, replacement etc.

Key Relationships:

• Global: Global SCP (Supply Chain Planning), Global SCO (Supply Chain Operation), Global IT.
• EM: Product Supply, Demand Planning, BU.
• Regional: Product Supply, Customer Service, CTC, OBF, Sales & Finance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Supply Chain or Supply planning knowledge.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and knowledge about ERP systems (SAP preferable)
• Good analytical, Strong communication and Presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian both spoken and written is mandatory.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration/Logistics
• 3−5 years of overall work experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Logistics/Customer Service
