    Coral Flowers is a premium online flower brand based in London. We specialize in elegant, luxury floral arrangements and operate fully online — through Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website.

    Our clients expect high-level service, speed, and attention to detail. We are building a small but highly efficient team and are looking for a reliable, system-oriented person who can take full ownership of daily operations.

    Role Overview

    You will be responsible for managing the full order cycle — from the first client message to successful delivery.

    This is not just a support role. 👉 You will be the operational core of the business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and no client is missed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage every client order from first inquiry to delivery confirmation
    • Communicate daily with the florist to coordinate preparation and dispatch
    • Enter and maintain all client and order data in CRM (Kommo CRM)
    • Manage and oversee each delivery from start to finish, including courier booking, data entry, tracking, and final confirmation.
    • Respond to clients via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email — quickly and professionally
    • Track all active orders and ensure timely execution
    • Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships
    • Send reminders for important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
    • Monitor that content is posted regularly (no need to create content)
    • Ensure all parts of the workflow are aligned and deadlines are met

    Accountability (Very Important)

    You will be fully responsible for:

    • Ensuring every order is completed and delivered
    • Making sure no client message is missed
    • Keeping CRM accurate and up to date at all times
    • Maintaining control over all active orders

    Work Environment & Reality

    • This is a fast-paced role with multiple tasks happening at once
    • New tasks and priorities may appear during the day
    • You must be able to adapt quickly and stay organized under pressure
    • Client communication and active orders always have the highest priority

    This Role is NOT Suitable If You:

    • Need constant step-by-step instructions
    • Prefer fixed, unchanging task lists
    • Avoid responsibility or decision-making
    • Get overwhelmed when handling multiple tasks at once

    Requirements

    • English level B2-C1+ (written and spoken)
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / customer service / operations
    • Experience working with CRM systems
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • High level of responsibility and consistency
    • Good communication skills and emotional intelligence

    Working Conditions

    • Fully remote position
    • Working hours: 09:00 — 18:00 (UK time)
    • Occasional flexibility may be required during busy periods or active deliveries
    • Salary: $1000/month
