Digital Marketing manager

We are a fast-growing international EdTech startup with an online product and a global audience.

We are looking for a hands-on Growth / Performance Marketing Lead to build and scale our customer acquisition system and take full ownership of measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube
• Build, manage, and improve the marketing funnel
• Scale profitable campaigns and acquisition channels
• Run continuous A/B tests for creatives, offers, and landing pages
• Set up and manage retargeting campaigns
• Work with email marketing, newsletters, and automations
• Launch and manage influencer collaborations
• Monitor analytics and ensure accurate tracking across the funnel
• Report on key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Experience working with AI tools in marketing workflows
• Ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results
• Experience in online education / infobusiness — strong advantage
