    We are a growing technology services company delivering innovative IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to global clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Solutions Engineer to bridge technical expertise with client needs across English- and Polish-speaking markets.

    Role Overview

    As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design, present, and implement tailored technical solutions for customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including client meetings, demos, and proposals
    • Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements
    • Design and present customized IT, cloud, and/or cybersecurity solutions
    • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations in both English and Polish
    • Prepare solution architecture diagrams, statements of work (SOW), and technical documentation
    • Assist with RFP/RFI responses and technical questionnaires
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and handover
    • Provide post-sales technical support and guidance when needed
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings

    Required Qualifications

    • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
    • 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of at least one of the following:
      • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
      • Cybersecurity solutions
      • Networking / Infrastructure
      • SaaS platforms
    • Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
    • Experience with technical documentation and solution design

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with international teams (US & Europe)
    • Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure, Security+)
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
    • Experience in managed services or IT consulting environments
