Foreign Trade Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships in Ukraine
• Promote the company’s steel products to potential buyers
• Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules
• Follow up on the full order process, including contract execution, production, shipment, and after-sales support
• Collect market information and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain customer data and prepare regular sales reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Good command of written English for daily business communication
• Experience in foreign trade, B2B sales, or steel-related business is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidates with no steel background may also apply; training will be provided
