Вимоги:

Requirements for B2B Sales Manager

1. Mandatory Requirements (Priority):

  • Conversational English (required)
  • Clear understanding of the company’s services (cleaning & maintenance)
  • Clear, confident communication without unnecessary talk
  • Ability to work with CRM systems (Zoho) and log all activities

2. Activity & Discipline:

  • Minimum 50+ calls per day
  • Consistent follow-ups with leads (calls, messages, emails)
  • Strong time management and discipline

3. Client Handling:

  • Ability to handle objections and rejections
  • Resilience to rejection
  • Ability to identify client needs (budget, current service, issues)
  • Ability to reach decision-makers (owners/managers)

4. Performance:

  • Result-oriented (closing contracts, not just conversations)
  • KPI achievement (performance-based)

5. Experience:

  • B2B sales experience is preferred (not required)
  • Cold calling experience is a strong advantage

6. Personal Qualities:

  • Persistence
  • Responsibility
  • Self-discipline
  • Desire to grow specifically in B2B sales

Working Conditions

  • Work according to Calgary, Alberta (Canada) time zone
  • Fully remote position

Compensation:

  • Base salary + bonuses
  • Salary and bonuses paid from the 1st to the 3rd of each month
  • Commission paid from the 15th to the 18th after client payment

  • Make 50+ calls per day
  • Search for clients (Google, Google Maps, and other sources)
  • Reach decision-makers (owners/managers)
  • Conduct negotiations with clients
  • Handle objections
  • Schedule meetings and drive clients to contract signing
  • Perform follow-ups (calls, messages, emails)
  • Work with CRM system (Zoho) and log all activities
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Qualify clients (needs, budget, current service)
  • Learn and fully understand company services and pricing
  • Provide brief reporting on work results
