Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.

We are preparing for Series B. We need a Head of Finance to architect financial clarity, discipline, and investor confidence across a multi-entity, multi-currency organization spanning the US, Europe, Ukraine, and Central Asia.

• Investor-trusted P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet across all entities
• 18−24 months runway maintained at all times
• SaaS metrics optimized: CAC payback, LTV:CAC, Gross Margin 75−85%, Rule of 40
• Series B data room ready and audit-proof
• Financial systems consolidated across Odoo ERP and QuickBooks

What You Will Own

• Financial transparency — US GAAP/IFRS financials, single source of truth across Odoo ERP (operations, invoicing, purchasing) and QuickBooks (US entity accounting)
• Runway and cash — burn rate management, FX hedging, multi-currency treasury, cash discipline across 4+ entities
• Unit economics — CAC, LTV, NRR, GRR, magic number, cohort analysis by segment and geography
• Fundraising — data rooms, financial models, investor materials, due diligence coordination
• Team and systems — build and lead finance team, scalable financial reporting and automation
• Tax and compliance — multi-jurisdiction tax strategy (US, EU, Ukraine), transfer pricing, audit management

Who You Are

• 7−12+ years in finance leadership in B2B SaaS/tech companies
• Managed multi-entity international structures (US + EU + emerging markets)
• Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and financial modeling
• Comfortable presenting to top-tier VCs, board members, and auditors
• Proficient with Odoo ERP, QuickBooks, and modern financial tooling
• Series A to B+ scaling experience strongly preferred
