We are a fast-growing transportation and logistics company operating across the USA, and we’re currently looking for a motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and reports
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
• Assist with financial planning and budgeting

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting or administration is a plus, but not required — we provide training
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
• English proficiency — Intermediate to Advanced
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player

Work Conditions:

• Schedule: Monday — Friday | 2:00 PM — 11:00 PM
• Office-based position
